For over two decades, I worked within complex systems eventually leading teams, navigating institutional pressure and carrying responsibility where decisions had real human impact.

Alongside this, I built a business from the ground up, working closely with entrepreneurs, executives and founders navigating growth, reinvention and high-stakes leadership transitions.

I have seen what leadership looks like behind closed doors.
The weight.
The isolation.
The constant filtering of what can and cannot be said.

My work as a thought partner evolved from that reality.
I do not sit above leaders as an adviser.
