Cheryl works privately with a small number of leaders carrying significant responsibility, creating a place for the conversations, decisions and questions that do not always have somewhere else to go
This is not coaching
It is not another person telling you what to do
It is a private thinking relationship
A place where your thinking can be challenged without being taken over, assumptions can be examined, and the conversation can go where it actually needs to go
The purpose is not for me to become the
person with your answers
It is to help you access your own wisdom

Your internal world does not remain internal
simply because nobody else can see it
It enters the business through you
This is why my work does not begin by asking how we improve the leadership
It begins by understanding the human being leading it

I will challenge what you have accepted as true
I will notice the human being underneath
